COMPANY FOCUS AND LIMITATION:Our market is the Internet retail customer who cannot find these items in their local retail store and place periodic orders for their respective needs. WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO SERVICE WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS.
MONTHLY SPECIALS: Our monthly specials are intended to stimulate the sales 6 and 12 unit cases of specific items to our traditional retail customers who have not purchased the item before in the 6 or 12 unit cases or might want to upgrade from a 6 to a 12 unit case. The Monthly Specials are limited to a single 6 or 12 unit case for the duration of the promotion.
We reserve the right to change the definition of any Monthly Special during the designated period as we consider appropriate.
SHIPPING: We currently ONLY ship within the U.S.A. to the continuous 48 States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our shipping is provided by UPS.
PAYMENT: may be by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
PRIVACY POLICY: Customer information is utilized only as is essential to execute the necessary components of product delivery & customer service.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT: We do not hesitate to replace damaged items or items of insufficient quality upon receiving proper prompt notice of the problem. However we are not responsible for additional units consumed after the problem is first noticed.
